Jofarr is a Nord Noble that is available from the start of the game. He is one of the options for your starting ruler of your Dynasty.

He is the eldest child of King Odar and Ysabel of Camlorn and has two younger siblings, Melora and Tobin.

Jofarr is expected to be a harsh - if efficient - ruler.

King Odar is assassinated everyone will gather in the throneroom to choose a new ruler:

If you choose Jofarr:

Ysabel of Camlorn: "My son, you must honor your father's memory and bring his assassin to justice. It was his Khajiit lover, I am sure of it!"

You can respond with one of the following:

Together we will make her pay, mother.

Father cheated on you. He got what he deserved.
