Bodrum (sometimes called Bodrum-on-Prytasus[nb 1] or Bodrom Mora[UOL 1]) is a hamlet in westernmost Morrowind, located atop a steep bluff just above the Pryai River.[1] Bodrum is located south of Varanis and Omaynis, and slightly northeast of Cheydinhal across the Valus Mountains.[UOL 2] An adjacent subregion to the hamlet called the Bodrums is implied to exist.[1]
HistoryEdit
First EraEdit
During the Four-Score War, Morrowind marched their armies to Bodrum and steaded there for an evening. The next morning, the Morrowind commanders had dammed the Pryai River, flooding the plains beyond and forcing their Cyrodilic enemies to trudge through mud into battle, before the Morrowind forces released the dam, and flooded their enemies out completely.[1]
Third EraEdit
By 3E 430, Bodrum was a fiefdom under the umbrella of House Dres. And served as the kinhouse of Lady Dres Vendama, who later married King Hlaalu Helseth.[UOL 1]
