Ebon Ro is a settlement located in the northern area of Valenwood, specifically northeast of Vulkwasten Wood and Silvenar and west of Thormar Keep.[1]
During the Imperial Simulacrum in the late Third Era, the village of Ebon Ro was an active settlement. It was ruled by Lord Lidell and had a rivalry with Stone Fell.[2] It was neighbored by several settlements, and had road connections to Silvenar, Vulkwasten Wood, and Thormar Keep.[1]

- Ebon Ro was set to appear in ESO but it was later cut from the game. It was set to appear in the region of Grahtwood as a settlement occupied by the Blacksap Rebellion.[UOL 1]
