Dular gro-Buzga is an Orc bard located inside The Rat In the Pot in Ald'ruhn.
He may give you a donation of 1 or 5 gold (depending on his disposition) for the Buckmoth Fund.
He wears a netch leather cuirass with matching greaves and boots and some common pants. In addition, he carries an iron club and a drum. Like all Orcs, he has a natural resistance to magicka, and can boost his health, fatigue and attack for short periods, at the cost of agility; otherwise he knows no spells.
