Engaer is a Wood Elf assassin and Lawman of House Telvanni who lives in Sadrith Mora. He can be found behind a locked (20) and trapped door in Tel Naga Upper Tower. Hrundi of the Fighters Guild asks you to collect the bounty placed on Engaer's head.
He wears a bonemold cuirass, helm, greaves, pauldrons, bracers, and boots. Beneath his armor, he wears an extravagant shirt, pants, and a third barrier ring. He carries a steel longbow along with 25 dire viperarrows. Aside from his natural resistance to disease and his ability to command animals, he knows no spells.
