Raynasa Rethan is a Dark Elf nightblade who will take up residence at Rethan Manor after you have built your stronghold for either House Redoran or House Telvanni (she will not appear if you belong to House Hlaalu). In either case, you will be instructed to kill her. Although Raynasa is the owner of Rethan Manor, she is not a member of House Hlaalu.
She wears an extravagant shirt, extravagant shoes, common pants, a ring of lightning storm, and an amulet of far silence.
Aside from her natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by her ancestors, she knows Blood Despair, Cruel Weary, Sleep, and Wizard Rend.
