Vasesius Viciulus is an Imperial trader who has a shop in Molag Mar, Waistworks where he buys and sells all manner of goods. The only particularly noteworthy items in his stock are books: 36 Lessons of Vivec, Sermon 1, an Athletics skill book, and Chronicles of Nchuleft, needed for the quest of the same name.
Vasesius is wearing an extravagant shirt, expensive shoes, common pants and an expensive ring. Aside from his natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, he knows the following spells: Divine Intervention, Mark, Recall, Detect Creature and Detect Key.
