Arwin is a player home in Morrowind Rebirth that is purchasable for 10,000 gold from Brutus in the Imperial Estate Agency in Ebonheart. "Situated in Ald' Ruhn, a delightful cosy[sic] shell cottage built to last. It's typical of it's[sic] era and comprises of a large spacious living area. No fuss. No mess. It would make a lovely home to store all those little keep sakes[sic] you pick up on your travels. There are plenty of facilities in the town including several places of entertainment and a large shopping area. 10,000 gold is a snip! What say you?" - Brutus

Despite Brutus' description of its "large spacious living area", Arwin is quite small. Both its interior and exterior are very similar to many of the small houses in Ald'Ruhn and inside, there is only one room. The interior includes a hearth situated in the center and several storage containers. There are also a few pieces of furniture, including a single small bed, a table with some stools, and a writing desk with a chair.
