Iniel Sintav's House is a house in the Imperial City's Elven Gardens District, between The King and Queen Tavern and Lorkmir's House.
It is the residence of Iniel Sintav. It contains three zones: Iniel Sintav's House, Iniel Sintav's Private Quarters, and Iniel Sintav's Basement.

Iniel Sintav's HouseEdit
The building is a standard middle-class home. The main room holds a chest containing clutter beside a clutter sack to the left of the entrance. A cupboard displaying tan and pewter dishes is near the stairs. By the back wall, there is a dining table that holds three clay plates, two cheese wedges, two carrots, an apple, an ear of corn, a bread loaf, and two bottles of mead.
Iniel Sintav's Private QuartersEdit
Upon entering the private quarters, a table displaying a ceramic bowl holding three apples is to your immediate right. In front of you, there is a table holding a bottle of mead and two pewter mugs. The chest across from the bed and to the left of a set of drawers contains random weapons. Of interest is the small study around the corner with a chest containing random loot and a desk holding an Absorb Fatigue scroll, a copy of The Argonian Account, Book 2, and a forlorn love letter.
Iniel Sintav's BasementEdit
After heading down the set of steps, some shelves displaying tan and stone dishes are to the right. In the right corner sit two crates, a chest containing clutter, a clutter barrel, and some shelves. In the left corner is another chest containing clutter along with shelves displaying four pumpkins in a basket, two heads of lettuce in a basket, and a watermelon, with a clutter sack leaning against it. Some tipped over furniture is in the remaining corner.
