Abelle's House is a single-room Colovian-style house in the southeast part of Kvatch. Abelle Gernand owns the building. The front door is protected by an intermediate lock. Entering is considered trespassing.
There is a simple level safebox along the right wall, between the partition and the bed. Outside, there is a loose stone along the northeast foundation that often contains contraband to steal. The fireplace is not a functioning cooking fire.
