Azandar the Tour Guide is part of a frayed fate line of Azandar al-Cybiades, a Redguard arcanist, from an alternate timeline where he became a local tour guide.
This particular aspect of Azandar is encountered outside the Lost City of the Na-Totambu, a ruin that Azandar explored in his youth, during the events of Paths Unwalked. He can be heard directing people in Azandar's voice before the Adversary interferes with your investigation.
