The Traveling Merchant is a costume worn by the eponymous merchants. It was available in the Crown Store for 1,000 from August 29 to September 3, 2019. It returned from September 13 to September 20, 2021, and was offered at a discounted 800 to ESO Plus Members. It is now available as Legendary-level reward in Sunken Trove Crates.
