- Defeat Captain Xiha at Deetra Grotto.
Deetra Grotto Group Event is obtained by defeating the Group Event Boss, Captain Xiha in the Deetra Grotto Public Dungeon.
Once you have done so, you will obtain the Greaves from the Chaplain of the Worm Style.
