Before you start the quest:

"Go away, stranger. You have no business being here."

After speaking to Khammo, you'll find Deros on the eastern side of the island:

"There's treasure all over this rock. That's why the Maormer are here too."
Take Captain Khammo to Anvil.
"Not until he hands over his treasure. Unless you think you can handle me and my friends, don't bother me."
[Intimidate] How much do you weigh?
"Why do you ask?"
I know a butcher who pays pretty well per pound.
"Whoa, whoa, let's not do anything drastic. I'm sure we can work something out.
Tell you what, if the old man splits his treasure with us, we'll get him to Anvil. Deal? Deal!"
You'd steal from an old blind man?
"What's it to you? The great Captain Khammo terrorized these waters for years! It's a pleasure to deal him the same hand he dealt others.
I'll take all the treasure, with or without his permission."

If you completed the optional "Scare off the bandits" objective:

I gave your friends a beating. Transport Captain Khammo, or you could be next.
"I heard their mewling. Look, I'm in this business to make a living. If the old man splits his treasure with us, we'll get him to Anvil."

Try to speak to him again and he'll just bark:

"What do you want? I'm not leaving till I get what I came for."

Speaking to him before retrieving the treasure:

"Causing trouble, you dingy dung herder? Don't think you can scare me off so easily.
I won't leave till that Redguard hands over what's due."

Gather Khammo's "treasure" and return to Deros:

"Well? Where's my share of the treasure? We need to head out before the tide turns again."
Khammo offers you his prized fish bones from his treasure trove.
"What? We've been putting on this charade for a pile of bones? Is that all he has?"
Your other choices would have been buried meat or a box of flagons.
"This is a disaster. I should've just killed him and taken what we could scrounge from his corpse.
Tell the captain he can keep his bones and rot on this forsaken island."
We had a deal. You agreed to transport Captain Khammo.
"Terms have changed. No treasure, no transport.
Unless you have something to sweeten the deal, I'll find a better mark."

If you convince Deros to find contacts from Captain Khammo's circle:

[Persuade] You're headed to Anvil anyway, right? I'm sure the captain's contacts could prove useful.
"I hadn't considered that. You can really sniff out gems from a dung heap.
All right, I'll take Khammo to Anvil. He proves his worth on arrival, or he's fishbait."
Have a safe journey.
If you speak to him afterwards, he'll say:
"Never thought I'd ferry the great Captain Khammo! Got to admire his moxie.
I'll keep my end of the bargain. Now leave me to it before I change my mind."

Speaking to him again if you persuaded him:

"We'll get Captain Khammo to Anvil safely, don't worry."

If you choose to pay for Captain Khammo's fare:

I'll pay for his transport. [led GoldLeveled Gold  ]
"Hmm, this barely covers our expenses, but I suppose it'll keep my comrades' knives out of my back.
Best not walk away from this mess empty-handed."
Have a safe journey.
"Never thought I'd ferry the great Captain Khammo! Got to admire his moxie.
I'll keep my end of the bargain. Now leave me to it before I change my mind."
If you attempt to speak to him afterwards, he will not respond.

If you choose to have Captain Khammo stranded:

Then he's stranded for now.
"After hearing bloody tales of the great Captain Khammo, I'm not surprised his crew dumped him here with nothing but memories.
No deal. A worthless bag of bones won't pay his passage. Only a fool would take that payment."

Speaking to him again if you choose to not have him take Captain Khammo:

"The treasure turned out to be garbage. What a waste of time."
