Dragonstar Stockade is a gated off portion of Lilmoth being used by the Dragonstar Caravan Company. The gate is unlocked, though entering is considered trespassing.
During the related quest, you are asked to retrieve sensitive documents from the Stockade. The documents are located within trunks at the following locations during the quest: Dossier: The Newcomer is located within the Sunken House, Dossier: Varo Hosidias is located on a wooden platform near the entrance, and Dossier: Zadaza is located in the Dragonstar Hut. When you enter the Sunken House and grab your dossier, Gromjolf sees you take it, and is promptly killed by Jaxsik-Orrn.
