Bahraha's GloomEdit
The Skyshard in Bahraha's Gloom is somewhat complicated to get to. As you can see in the above screenshot, it is visible from the first room, but inaccessible behind a screen. To get to it, you'll first need to get to the final room, where the boss fight occurs. In the northeast corner of the room, you'll see a doorway. Turn left, and you'll see a hole in the wall on your right. Follow it through a tunnel, and you'll come to room north of the boss' room, but on some wooden scaffolding above the room. The monsters below can still see and attack you from down there, so be careful not to fall off. Follow these boards and you'll come to an alcove in the wall leading to another tunnel, which opens out into the central room of the delve. You'll have to cross some more scaffolding to find another tunnel, which will finally lead you to your prize. A lever near the Skyshard will transport you to the other side of the grill, so you're back in the first room. It's one-way, however, so make sure you grab the shard first or you'll have to start over again from the beginning.
