Lirinwen is a High Elf who is being attacked by a strangler outside Vinedeath Cave. She was lured to the cave by Madruin.

Once you rescue Lirinwen, you can talk to her:
- "Thank you for saving me."
- What happened?
- "I'm not sure. I thought I heard a voice calling for help inside the cave. Then I was suddenly attacked."
- You're safe now.
- "Thank you."
She will then run off and disappear.

- She will run away after being freed if ten seconds pass without you talking to her.
- Sugar-Tooth and Nirolos are stuck in a similar situation.
