Nzerru is a Golden Saint who can be found at the House of Whims in Fargrave. He sells Golden Panacea, a type of narcotic drink.

- "Of course. Gold begets gold, living one. Unlike the madam, Nzerru provides no free samples—he will summon the prized substance from the most valuable of sources."
- Very well, I'll pay. [leveled gold]
He will say before vomiting the Golden Panacea at you before the world goes dark...:
- Nzerru: "Coming right up!"
Speaking to him afterwards before the cooldown is done:
- "The cleanse is successful, as Nzerru's cleanses always are. You must permit to pass what you living ones refer to as … time, I believe. The Golden Panacea writhes within your offal. Nzerru cannot perfect what his tonic has already begun perfecting."

- "Living one, your interest is obvious, palpable. But the Golden Panacea writhing within you must be left unmolested to work out its euphoria. Were you to imbibe further, you would be quite overtaken by the brilliance, unto what you call death."
