- Translate all of the Positive Potency runes.
Positive Potency is awarded for learning all of the Positive Potency runes (prior to Rejera). To do this, you will need to have increased your Potency Improvement passive to at least 9, which requires you to have reached level 40 in Enchanting. You can learn a rune simply by creating any glyph using it. Runes can be found in many locations, most commonly near ruins. The runes you will find are tied to the level of the zone, so if you're looking for lower-level runes, you may have to go back to the early zones for your Alliance, or you may now purchase them from Enchanter merchants.
