An explorer reported the discovery of a gigantic Dwarven colossus that appears to be building upon itself using scrap it finds. They believe that this construct will pose an even greater threat if left unchecked.
Quick WalkthroughEdit
- (Optional) Talk to Winfred.
- Talk to Hidaver in Solitude.
- Defeat Dismantler the Dwarven Colossus and destroy its scrap.
- Return to Hidaver.
Detailed WalkthroughEdit
Speak to Hidaver and she will tell you of an explorer who discovered a gigantic, self-repairing Dwarven Colossus deep within Blackreach. Given the high level threat this construct represents, she sends you to destroy it and get rid of any Dwarven scrap piles that it might use to reconstruct itself.
Head to the Colossus Charging Station, where you will find this foe, and end its whirring and sizzling. Three piles of scrap need to be destroyed, which can be found scattered in and around the station.
Once the task is done, return to Hidaver for your reward.

I need to destroy the Dwarven colossus as well as the piles of Dwarven scrap nearby so there's no chance of the construct somehow repairing itself.
Objective: Kill Dismantler the Dwarven Colossus
Objective: Destroy the Dwarven Scrap: 0/3
I should speak to Winfred for more information about my task. Optional Step: Talk to Winfred

- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
