Rosalind Milielle is a Breton spirit found in the abandoned settlement of Westtry. In life, she was the captain of the guard as well as the wife of Leon, the local priest of Stendarr. When Nord invaders attacked Westtry, she led the defense. In The Ghosts of Westtry, you also encounter a projection of her, following her actions during the invasion of the town. Memento MoriEdit
Inside her tomb, you'll meet the Shade of Rosalind and defeat her:
- Shade of Rosalind: "The spirits of Westtry belong to me!"
After, you can speak to her spirit:
- "You had the strength to do what no one else could and now I'm free. You have no idea what that means to me.
But tell me, stranger. Why did you do all of this?" - Leon sent me.
- "Leon? I loved him once. Perhaps I still do.
But there's the matter of Molag Bal to deal with first. Leon made a deal with the Daedric Prince and, despite your actions, that deal remains in place." - What else can I do?
- "My shade was only one aspect of the curse. There are also the innocent spirits of Westtry and the angry spirits of the invaders.
Use my sword to make the town safe for mortals or use this gem to set the innocent spirits free. The choice is yours." - What happens if I choose the sword?
- "Then you must destroy the enraged wraiths and make Westtry safe for mortal travelers once again.
But that will leave the innocent spirits of Westtry's villagers trapped here forever, bound to the haunted town." - Give me the sword.
- "Yes, the needs of the living outweigh the needs of the dead. Go, then. Subdue the angry wraiths and make Westtry safe.
When you're done, return to Leon."

- What happens if I choose the gem?
- "Then you would free the spirits of Westtry's innocent villagers, ending their bondage to this place.
However, the danger to mortal travelers would remain, and the living will never find welcome or solace within Westtry's borders." - I'll take the gem.
- "This gem represents Westtry's torment. You'd use it to save us, even if Westtry remains a danger to the living? That such mercy still exists makes my heart glad. Take the gem and free the innocent spirits.
When the deed is done, return to Leon."

If you speak to her before you leave, she'll say:
- "The choice has been made and the end approaches.
I'll join Leon in our home. Come to us after you complete the task."
Once you've completed your task, you can find her and Leon in their home. If you used the sword, she'll say:
- "I can feel the anger of the wraiths emanating from my sword. You've made the town safe for the living, but damned the innocents of Westtry.
But Leon is to blame for this, not you. I can't bear to speak to him yet. You tell him of his fate."
If you used the gem, she'll say:
- "It's been so long since I've seen Leon. It's good just to spend some time with him.
Thank you for all you've done for us."
After speaking to Leon, Leon and Rosalind vanish without a trace.
