Ruinach Count of Cataclysms is a Ruinach who can be found in the Atoll of Immolation as a secret boss in the Havocrel's Tower. He is spawned by interacting and killing the four Fire Behemoth statues. Killing him will unlock the Ruinach Rumble achievement.
