Sashii in her true form

Sashii is an Alfiq scout of the Fighters Guild who can be met at the Everlasting Fair. Her squad was investigating the area for signs of the Worm Cult when they were caught up in some strange magic at the fair. Many of them were transformed and prevented from leaving the grounds.

When you first find her, she is larger than expected.

After speaking with Sergeant Alydine, you learn that several members of her squad became trapped in the fair and are unable to leave. Alydine suggests you search for Sashii at the fair, as she believes that the Alfiq would have been able to get by undetected. Mingling with the guests leads you to meeting a talking goat, who says the Lady of Riot has taken over the fair and has been changed things to satiate her ego.

Once you agree to help the goat with the Lady of Riot, he tells you Sashii went into the Bristleback Extravaganza and suggests you find her quick.

Sashii the Orc

Entering the enclosure, when you approach the western corner an Orc will call you over with a high-pitched voice:

Sashii: "You there, walker! This one needs some help!"
Sashii: "Oh, Sashii. How do you always get into these situations?"

You can then speak to the orc, and confirm her identity:

"Thank the moons! Sashii thought she was trapped here all alone!
Normally she'd sneak right by those pigs, but this isn't her best look, you see? No fur, no claws. All legs and hands! Ugh. Anyway, you smell like someone helpful and decent, yes?"
I'm looking for an Alfiq named Sashii.
"You found her! Though Sashii would prefer not to have this gangly Orc body. So big and clumsy!
The Lady of Riot said she would grant this one's secret wish to be as strong as an Orc. But Sashii didn't mean it like this! An Alfiq's worst nightmare."
How can we restore your true form?
"A puzzle for later, Sashii thinks. She tried leaving the fair, but the spell stopped her.
Much as this one wishes to be herself again, we should find her squadmates first, yes? They aren't so good under pressure. But the bristlebacks are a problem."
All right, stay close and we'll get out of here.

Sashii will then become your follower and you can lead her out of the enclosure. Speaking with Sashii during this:

"What use are hands, when claws are so much more efficient?
No matter. Once we get away from the pigs, this one will make sure the Lady of Riot feels the wrath of an angry Alfiq!"

When you reach the exit, Sashii will run ahead:

Sashii: "Over there! The exit!"
<Sashii goes through the door.>

Outside the Bristleback Extravaganza, the goat is waiting for you and he comments on Sashii:

Goat: "Over here, mortal. I see you found who you were looking for. Rather gangly for an Alfiq."
Sashii: "Says the mangy, flea-ridden goat!"

Talking to Sashii before the goat:

"That goat talked! And it insulted Sashii! Ooh, if Sashii had her claws right now, she would scratch up its legs real good!"

Speaking with the goat, he state that since you found Sashii, it is your turn to uphold for your end of the bargain. He wants you to find the broken parts of a Relic, the Rod of Revels. Without it, you are unable to reverse the Lady of Riot'spells. You can argue with him about finding the other squad members, and the goat will say you can look for them along the way but the rod takes precedence.

You will need to search the fair attractions, the Ogrim Parade and the Misfortune Teller's Garden as the Lady of Riot was sighted visiting them. You have the option of talking to Sashii before you begin searching:

"A strange goat, though perhaps not the strangest thing about this fair. No matter. Sashii doesn't trust it.
Still, you struck a deal with it. That's how you found Sashii, yes?"
Something like that. I promised to help the goat restore the fair.
Hmph. That goat knows more than it's saying. It could be … forget it.
We still have to find Brunnduhl and Ethrolo. Sashii can't leave until they're safe. Well, and until we break the spell that's trapping us here. But one thing at a time, yes?
Were your squadmates transformed, too?
"Sashii is not sure. Everything before this one changed is a blur. We were investigating the fair as we were ordered to when suddenly this one was all flailing limbs and way too big. Not Sashii's finest moment."
Are there a lot of Alfiq in the Fighters Guild?
"No, not many. But do not think Sashii is a hindrance because of her size! This one is perfect for scouting and stealth missions. And her claws are sharp as knives!
Unfortunately, Sashii is no longer an Alfiq. This form is gangly, as the goat said."
It's too bad you can't leave the fair and get to safety.
"Sashii is a warrior in the Fighters Guild and part of the Stirk Fellowship! Even if the spell permitted it, she would not leave you and her comrades here.
Sashii will do some scouting and look for the others while you search for this rod thing."
All right, we'll meet up later.

After you finish your conversation with Sashii, she will comment:

Sashii: "Sashii will search for her squadmates. You deal with this goat nonsense."
<Sashii leaves to start searching.>

You can search the two fair attractions in either order. From the Ogrim Parade you can obtain the Rod of Revels Bottom from the prize chest. In the Misfortune Teller's Garden, the Lady of Revels will taunt you and will leave you to the mercy of the Misfortune Teller themselves. Once it has been defeated, you can check the prize chest, only to find Brunnduhl's Note. The note says that Brunnduhl was turned into a monkey and that he took a broken piece from the chest with him.

Once you have visited both places, the goat will talk with you for an update. After you explain what you found, he says he'll search for the top part of rod and tells you to meet with Sashii near the beach. You can find her on top of some Argonian ruins and you can show her what you found:

"Walker, there you are! Sashii still doesn't know how to use this Orc body. It's so big and clumsy. And this one misses her claws and teeth. Such good weapons!
How did you know to find Sashii here, anyway?"
The goat told me where to find you.
"Sashii still doesn't trust that hoofed pest. It's using you. Even her Orc eyes can see that. What will happen when it gets what it wants?
But Sashii's never abandoned a mission before, and she won't start now. Have you seen Brunnduhl or Ethrolo?"
I found a letter from Brunnduhl. It says he's been turned into a monkey.
"Let me see. Moons! That witch got to Brunnduhl, too. What's this about a broken shaft of wood? Maybe it's the rod the goat seeks? And it says he's heading for the docks north of here.
Come! Sashii is a skilled tracker. She can pick up his trail."

Sashii will become your follower once more and you can follow the trail of bananas down to the beachside camp. If you talk to her during this, she will say:

"Sashii is sure we will find Brunnduhl. He can't have gone far and he always leaves a trail. Sergeant Alydine is always on him about that. This one doubts he's different as a monkey.
Still, better be cautious. He may not be in his right mind."

You will find Brunnduhl at the small docks near the camp, but he is afraid of Sashii:

Sashii: "Brunnduhl! Is that you? It's Sashii."
Brunnduhl: <Agitated monkey noises.>
Sashii: "Sashii doesn't think Brunnduhl likes her this way. You talk to him, walker."

Talking to Sashii before Brunnduhl:

"It may be best if you speak to monkey-Brunnduhl, yes? He doesn't recognize Sashii in this over-large body. She would only frighten him."

You can talk to Brunnduhl and try to calm him down. However, once you do so, you will be interrupted

<The Lady of Riot appears on top of a large crate in a shower of glass.>
Brunnduhl: <Monkey screams.>
Lady of Riot: "Boo! You're too late, I already took the rod from that stupid monkey. It's in a much better hiding place now!"
Sashii: "That's her, the Lady of Riot! Run, Brunnduhl!"
<Sashii and Brunnduhl run away.>
Lady of Riot: "You'll never escape my fair! And my revelers are oozing to deal with that old goat skulking around the shipwreck!"
<The Lady of Riot disappears.>

Afterwards, you can find the goat on a nearby dock and you can tell him what happened. He'll work out from the Lady of Riot's taunting that she hid the other piece in the Blood 'n' Baubles attraction. He also reveals that Ethrolo is currently trapped in the Tent of Dark Joys and that you'll need the Rod get inside. The entrance to Blood 'n' Baubles is in a nearby tent. Once inside, you will have to run around the jelly pit and take the Rod of Revels Top from a Bouncing Jelly.

With both parts of the rod in hand, you can head to the Fountain of Roses where you will find Sashii accusing the goat of Princedom:

Sashii: "Admit it! You're a Daedric Prince, or at least the servant of one!"
Goat: "I am a goat, you silly cat! Put your claws away so we can set things right."

Talking to Sashii before the goat:

"Sanguine can't fool this Alfiq! Sashii finally put the pieces together. She thinks that rotten Prince enjoys running around as a goat, at least a little.
Go on, talk to him. But be careful."

When you talk to the goat, he will ask you to use the restored rod on surrounding things to locate the entrance to the Tent of Dark Joy. The goat will then take the parts from you to begin the repair work:

Goat: "What did she do, break it over her knee? Wait here."
<A small Oblivion portal opens and the goat walks through it.>
Sashii: "Daedric magic. Told you it was Sanguine!"
<A few moments later, a second portal opens on the opposite side of the fountain and the goat walks out.>
Goat: "There, it's fixed. Use it on the things I mentioned to reveal the Tent of Dark Joy."

Talking to Sashii before picking up the Rod of Revels:

"Be careful with that rod. The magic coming off it makes this one's hair stand on end.
Even you must feel it, no?"'

Speaking to Sashii after picking up the Rod:

"Do what you must. This one is going to keep an eye on Brunnduhl. He's cowering by the entrance like a scared kitten.
Sashii thanks you for your help, friend. She'll see you after, certainly."

After finding the Tent's entrance, you will need to fight your way through the Revelers until you reach the open-air area where the Lady of Riot is waiting for you. You will also discovered Ethrolo, who has been turned into a puppet and forced to dance. Once you have slain the Lady of Riot, the goat will appear and have you place the Rod of Revels to restore the Fair to its proper owner.

When you and Ethrolo use the provided portal back to the fairgrounds, you will find the the Fighters Guild trio—still transformed:

Sashii: "Over here, friend! We're still like this!"
Ethrolo: "I wasn't cut out for life as a puppet!"
Sashii: "Sashii knew the goat could not be trusted!"
<The goat appears out of a nearby portal.>
Goat: "Yowling away as usual, I see. Just a moment."
Brunnduhl: <monkey scream>
<Green energy and runes surround the trio and when the light fades they are restored to their true forms.>
Brunnduhl: "Kyne above! Is it over?"
Sashii: "At last! Sashii has her dignity again!"

Sashii is now an Alfiq again, and you can talk to her to complete the quest:

"Ah! Sashii is back! This form is much superior to that clumsy Orc body, yes?
And Brunnduhl and Ethrolo have returned to normal, too. This one has seen much today!"
The goat kept its word. You're free to leave now.
"It was you who did all the work. The goat—Sanguine, Sashii is sure—only cared about getting the fair back under his control.
The fair is still a little wild, but at least visitors will be able to leave the revels whenever they like again."
What will you do now?
"We must return to the Fighters Guild. There is much to report about the fair.
Please don't tell anyone you saw Sashii as a giant, clumsy Orc lady. She would never live it down."
Of course. Your secret is safe with me.

Leaving and returning to the conversation at this point before completing the quest:

"Brunnduhl and Ethrolo need looking after. They aren't so adaptable as this clever Alfiq. This one will make sure they get back to Sunport all right. Poor things. What would they do without clever Sashii?"
What will you tell the Fighters Guild?
"The Everlasting Fair will be safer now that Sanguine's in charge again, Sashii thinks. Though she won't be returning here anytime soon. And poor Brunnduhl may never venture out again.
Here, this is for you. The Stirk Fellowship thanks you."

After you have completed the quest, the Daedric Prince will have some final words for Sashii:

Goat: "Well, little Alfiq, you got what you wanted. Though you were more entertaining before."
<Sashii crouches down, tail lashing.>
Sashii: "Don't underestimate this one! She has her claws again!"
<Ethrolo shushes Sashii and turns to the goat.>
Ethrolo: "Shut up, Sashii! Er, thank you for helping us, lord goat."

You can talk to Sashii again before leaving:

"Too bad about the fair. All those games and amusement could have been fun, yes? Without the tricks and traps. Still, probably better to leave it alone. Sashii prefers life better on four legs."
