The Shatul Clan are a clan of nomadic Orc echatere herders and hunters based in the Wrothgarian mountains of northern High Rock. The clan is currently in decline as most of their warriors have been killed by Winterborn raids.
It is possible for you to become chief of Clan Shatul during the Orsinium main questline, provided you are a male Orc. However, this carries no actual obligations gameplay-wise, and is simply an alternate solution to the associated quest. Otherwise, you at least become considered blood-kin to the clan for helping them.
According to The Chronicles of King Kurog, Book V, King Kurog gro-Bagrakh's Hunt-Wife, Noroga, is a member of the Shatul Clan.
