The Under-Root Bank is a bank located in northern Stormhold. It is a two-story Dunmer-style building with a basement. The ground floor is furnished with a sofa and a desk. The firepit in the middle of the floor keeps the building warm. Two vault doors on either side of the room are watched by two Stormhold Guards. Under-Root can be found here. The area upstairs is a small loft which contains two bookshelves and two desks. The basement is equipped with a counter, three bookshelves, a desk, and several barrels. There is another vault door here. A book, An Invitation to Wealth, lies on the counter. A master safebox is located on the top floor.
