Viscount Lelorion is a High Elf Mephala cultist and member of the Court of Bedlam.
He captures Oracle Marieve in the ruins of Bewan and takes her to The Spiral Skein. When you follow him through the portal he taunts you as you progress through the realm, culminating in a fight upon the main hall.
During combat, he uses a mix of assassin, bounty hunter, knight and vanquisher class abilities (despite not being equipped with javelins for the latter).
