Watchtower Tavern is the inn located in the settlement of Vlastarus. It is owned and run by Grabash. Talmo is sitting in a seat at the corner of the bar. Grabash is behind the counter. There are several unowned containers, drinks and provisioning ingredients to loot. A copy of The Song of Pelinal, Volume 6 lies on a table next to Talmo.
