When approached:

If you could remove him permanently, all our lives would be better."
- No, thanks.
- How about I 'remove' you
- (Your attack surprises Devron, and you do a quick 20 points of damage to him.)
- Yeah, it's a deal.
If spoken to before killing Yelnicin if you offer to help:
- "Aren't you supposed to be removing someone?"
You can betray him at this point:
- Yes... you!
After killing Yelnicin:
- "So? Was it a success?"
- Yes, it was
- "You are a danger to be sure. Here is your reward."
He can then be betrayed:
- And now I am a danger to you!
