Captain Velius is an Imperial vampire found inside the Escape Tunnel. He carries the unique sword Coup de Grace, which helps him defend himself against any Falmer who try to attack. His log, found in Camp Resolve, reveals he caught vampirism after being bitten by a Feral Falmer. Now, he is hostile to anyone who dares visit him in his hideout.
