Initiate's Imposition are a pair of unique Ancient Falmer Gauntlets found within the Snow Elf ruin in Darkmaw Vale.
From the entrance to the vale, go right up the hill and approach the wayshrine-like structure. Keep in mind that two Ice Wraiths will be disturbed once you take the gauntlets and rise from the snow behind you to attack.
