Official DescriptionEdit

This mod allows players to purchase Narfi’s farmhouse in Ivarstead, either after his death or upon completing the quest The Straw that Broke.

The circumstances of acquiring the house depend on Narfi’s fate:

• If Narfi has passed away, the player receives a letter informing them of the property’s availability.

• If Narfi survives, he relocates to Ivarstead’s inn, and a different letter details the sale: Narfi could not pay his debts to the Jarl and without a family, the property is now available for sale.

Once acquired, the player can fully restore and customize the farmhouse.

Features include rebuilding the structure, adding a fishing spot by the river, and purchasing interior furnishings from the Jarl’s steward in Riften, allowing the house to be transformed into a peaceful, functional retreat.
