::Description::
This creation bestows two Scroll Crafting Altars to the Library inside the College of Winterhold. From these two identical altars you may craft scrolls for a wealth of existing spells, as well as a variety of newly introduced ones. This greatly enhances the variety of scrolls available in the game.
Additionally, a new merchant named “Beeleez-Ra” is added to the College Library. They can replenish your blank scrolls for a very reasonable fee, should your supply run low.
A unique feature of Scroll Craft is “scaled quantities”. This means as you level up the magical skills, and unlock the Novice, Apprentice, Adept, Expert, and Master perks, you will be able to craft more scrolls at a time. This means scroll crafting rewards you for improving your magical proficiency.

This creation is incompatible with any mods that edit the College of Winterhold’s Library.
