Alvayah is a Dark Elf Enchanter initially found imprisoned within the tower of Arvs-Shadan, and at the mercy of the sorceress, Malvenisa Lloryn. If you are a member of the Baluath Clan then she will beg your assistance in securing her liberty.
While expressing her full intent to eventually make Arvs-Shadan her eventual lair, Alvayah does agree to join you in Ald Balaal while the clan is being rebuilt and its ancient pacts reforged. She can provide some assistance in this during Amulets and Pacts, as she forges a powerful piece of jewelry to offer to the Daedric Prince, Molag Bal.
