Armas Tyravel is the overworked steward of the Uvayn family, who govern Arvud on behalf of House Hlaalu. As a servant of the governor, Balvene Uvayn, he helps oversee the town's affairs, including the recent kidnapping of a slave. He will ask you to look into this during the events of Stolen Cargo in Issarbaddon, while also requesting more general assistance with recent vampire activity. Armas is equally concerned with the appearance of the southern Hlaalu noble, Vendel Othreleth, although has little to comment on it during the events of The Visitor Known as Vendel Othreleth.
Armas appears to be quite savvy, and is capable of using deception to get what he wants discretely. An example of this occurs during Caravan Ransom, where he holds up a caravan on false pretences, to prevent its shoddy goods from reaching Andothren without arousing too much suspicion, or damaging the reputation of the caravan's owner, Tola Serevam. This prompts Dreynos Helvi to send you to investigate.
