Arvs-Nalor is a Velothi tower that is home to a Telvanni alchemist and his assistant.
To reach it, walk along the road running north from Tel Gilan, ignoring the right turn into the hills. The road will pass by a beach and take a sharp right before forking. Take the left fork and you will see Arvs-Nalor's entrance almost immediately on your left.
The tower itself lacks treasure, but the alchemist Galos Melran can provide you with training if you are Oathman or higher in House Telvanni.
