Bilos Telsaran is a Dark Elf noble and Mouth of House Telvanni who can be found in his bedroom near the top of the lower tower Tel Muthada. He is the old uncle of Llevari Telsaran, the ruler of Tel Muthada, and the oldest living member of the family that has ruled for centuries.
He wears an extravagant shirt with matching pants, shoes, and belt. He wields a silver dagger.
Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows the following spells: Balyna's Efficacious Balm, Balyna's Soothing Balm, Heal Companion, Veloth's Benison, and Veloth's Gift.
