Quick WalkthroughEdit

1. Speak to Ulvo Hlaari in the Oran Plantation's vault about business and charter negotiation.
2. Talk to Pallatia Prentus aboard the Glinting Moth in Almas Thirr and convince her to resume shipments by either:
   • Threatening her business with the Hlaalu/insist she's paid enough already (requires 80+ disposition).
   • Talk to priests in the Hall of Tribute about pay your tithes and persuade Pallatia to back down based on their testimony (requires 60+ disposition).
   • Read The Glinting Moth's Log Book in the ship's crew quarters, then speak to Pallatia.
3. Return to Ulvo Hlaari.

10		Ulvo Hlaari, the advisor at the Oran Plantation, has tasked me with a charter negotiation. He told me Pallatia Prentus, the captain of the ship called the 'Glinting Moth', had refused to transport the plantation's produce without payment to cover river tolls. Ulvo asked me to travel to Almas Thirr, where the ship moors, and convince her to get the cargo moving.
15		Pallatia Prentus, the shipmaster of the 'Glinting Moth', refused to move the Oran Plantation's goods due to the increased tithes set by the Temple at the Hall of Tribute.
20		I found the 'Glinting Moth' log book, which mentions the shipmaster was giving preferential shipping rates to the Mundrethi Plantation, attempting to cover her losses by adding additional charges to her other clients.
30		Temple agents at the Hall of Tribute denied that river tolls had increased.
80		The shipmaster of the 'Glinting Moth' agreed to continue shipping the Oran Plantation's produce.
90		With Pallatia Prentus dead, it seems unlikely the ship will undock anytime soon.
100	Finishes quest	Ulvo Hlaari was pleased with my efforts enforcing the shipping contract.
