Detailed WalkthroughEdit
In the far eastern side of the central Council Quarter sewers in Narsis, you can encounter two vampires. If you are a vampire yourself, they will be friendly - to a point. Speak to Modogail. She is curious as to what you believe the origin of vampirism to be. The answer she expects is Namira. Answer differently, and she will examine the implications of your answer before fighting you to the death.
If you do answer Namira however, Modogail will explain that she wishes to eradicate some rogue Orlukh who briefly worshipped Namira before returning to Malacath. She charges you with killing these individuals in the cave of Zabamallit, near the town of Menaan. Agree and head out to Menaan, which will have been marked on your map a long way to the north of Narsis, and southwest of Vivec. Zabamallit's entrance is a very short walk west-northwest from Menaan's northwestern wall. Kill the three vampires within and return to Modogail. She'll reward you with the Amulet of Mild Annoyance. If you've not already found Namira's Shroud, she'll also note its presence in "the most secured corner of Bal Foyen".

A "haughty mortal" is hiding it in "the most secured corner of Bal Foyen" and it's supposed to have powers of deception useful to a vampire. She also gave me an enchanted amulet. | |
