Quick WalkthroughEdit

1. Speak to Ja'Basska in the Almas Thirr Guild of Fighters, about orders and Ervas Dalveni's land.
2. Convince Ervas Dalveni to sell by asking about his land with 90+ disposition (or kill him).
3. Return to Ja'Basska to claim your reward.
