Gillas Llarethi is a Dark Elf Caretaker and lighthouse keeper in the small settlement of Bal Oyra. While it seems his day-to-day is in part spent practicing alchemy (as evidenced by the equipment in his lighthouse), he has lately grown concerned about the number of muskflies swarming the village.
