Goval Thadus is an unfortunate Dunmer miner found within Ilvi Mine. While exploring for untouched glass veins in a chamber sealed by water, he was startled by a sudden movement, and slipped, injuring himself. He will ask that you heal him or let the foreman, Enar Salavel, know where he is.
It seems that had Goval not fallen, he would have found a motherlode of glass high behind a waterfall - and the kwama forager guarding it.
