Irniwen Man-Eater is a Wood Elf witch and a member of the Valenwood Mission in Old Ebonheart. She can be found on the second floor of the mission, in a room off the central chamber. Remembering the all-too-recent war between Valenwood and the Summerset Isles, she is finding the nearby presence of the Summerset Mission near enough intolerable.
She originates from Woodhearth, and has this to say about the attack there, which somewhat explains her antipathy towards Altmer:
I remember fireballs descending from Aetherius and Oblivion alike, and Bosmer caught ablaze, running frantically through the streets. Those of us left were starved for weeks; they knew that we Bosmer have the advantage amongst the Green, so they slaughtered our herds, cornered us within our own ashen city, and waited. Nowhere to go, nothing to eat. It was as if Y'ffre had broken her promise.
She carries the Long Blade skill book, Words and Philosophy, which contains an interview with the Bosmer warrior, Allena Benoch, who fought in a war against an Altmer-backed tribe.
