Quick WalkthroughEdit

1. Ask Aetia Nemesia in the East Empire Company office in Old Ebonheart for an assignment.
2. Talk to the excise agent Ignatius Jureilius at the Old Ebonheart docks.
3. Talk to Porcilla Dythos at the Harbor Offices.
4. Talk to Yngskar Pale-Trick at the docks.
5. (Optional) Have a closer look at the merchant Navil Drolnor's kwama eggs.
6. Tell Yngskar about the weight of the eggs, either the real or a made up one.
7. Tell Navil about the total fee and possibly get a reward from him, depending on the weight you gave to Yngskar.
8. (Optional) Confront Navil about the smuggled Dwemer goblets you found in his eggs.
9. Return to Aetia Nemesia for a reward, unless you provided the real weight to Yngskar or discovered the Dwemer goblets.

10		Aetia Nemesia in Old Ebonheart asked me to speak with an excise agent who is harassing merchants at the Old Ebonheart docks.
20		The excise agent, Ignatius Jureilius, is requiring a merchant Navil Drolnor to provide proper documentation of the port of origin of his kwama eggs or else forfeit them. If I have a problem I can ask his superior Porcilla Dythos about it.
30		Porcilla Dythos told me they would accept a flat tariff based off weight of the shipment in lieu of paperwork, just this once. She thinks Yngskar Pale-Trick at the docks might be able to get the weight.
40		Yngskar Pale-Trick thinks he can estimate the weight of the shipment if I remind him how much kwama eggs weigh.
41		I told Yngskar Pale-Trick the eggs weigh one pound each, meaning the merchants total fee comes to fifteen gold.
42		I told Yngskar Pale-Trick the eggs weigh two pounds each, meaning the merchants total fee comes to fifty gold.
43		I told Yngskar Pale-Trick the eggs weigh six pounds each, meaning the merchants total fee comes to three hundred gold.
50		Navil Drolnor paid the fifteen gold and gave me an extra hundred for helping him out.
51		Navil Drolnor paid the fifty gold and thanked me for helping him out.
52		Navil Drolnor refused to pay the three hundred gold.
65		I confronted Navil Drolnor about the kwama egg, he admitted to smuggling dwemer goods but claims someone from the East Empire Company is involved.
