Dassur-Kur Lookout is a small Hlaalu tower near Oran Plantation, meant to watch the Thirr River and surrounds for escaped slaves.
One of five lookouts guarding the western bank of the section of the Thirr River between Almas Thirr and Old Ebonheart. While the stated purpose of the tower is to maintain control over the vast Hlaalu plantations on the western bank of the Thirr, other military applications seem likely. The river is a source of tension for both Great House Hlaalu and Great House Indoril, with much of the lands that these towers now guard having once been governed by the Indoril Llathsa, from their seat in nearby Tur Julan.
- Dassur-Kur is the middle of the five lookout towers in Aanthirin, and is directly east-northeast of Oran Plantation.
- Malvys Nethrelas, quest giver for Awfully-Swift-Skink Breaks Free can be found pacing the grounds around the tower.
