Nerethril Ancestral Tomb is a small tomb filled with undead, found northwest of the Oran Plantation.
Follow the road north past the Oran Plantation. The tomb is a short way up, on the left-hand side. It is inhabited entirely by undead, and includes an enchanted belt that fortifies strength.
