Olres Iladri, a territorial trader

Olres Iladri is a Dunmer trader on the edge of poverty, who sells an extremely limited range of ingredients from his prized spot on Old Ebonheart's plaza. He is therefore somewhat resistant to the attempts of rival merchant Vols Valdri's attempts to remove him from it. The argument has escalated to the point that Captain Maurrisha will request your intervention, during the events of the Imperial Legion quest, Judge and Jury.

If you side with Vols, it is possible to have Olres sent to prison, and he can then later be found in the Legion Dungeons, in the Ebon Tower.

He wears a common shirt with matching pants and shoes. If he is imprisoned, he wears only the shirt and pants.

Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows the following spells: Purge Magic, Self Dispel, Slave Belt, and Touch Dispel.

  • [Send him to jail.]:
(If you agree with Vols Valdri):
"I regret it had to end this way. I cannot believe you agree with this fool." Goodbye (Disposition -30, and he is sent to Ebon Tower's dungeons)

"Good day, what can I do for you?" (See '[Send him to jail]' choice above)
(If he has been imprisoned):
"You don't have to mock me." Goodbye

"I just wish you hadn't put him in front of my cell." Goodbye
  • merchant dispute:
"Vols claims to have a piece of paper saying he gets my spot, but I've never seen anything like that before. I've been here all day, that's the way we've always done it."
  • I need to gather more information to decide.:
"Please get him away from me, he's scaring my customers." Goodbye
  • You can have the spot.:
"I'm glad you saw it my way." Goodbye
  • Vols should have the spot.:
"You believe this idiot? Without this business I'm ruined! You'll pay for this!" Goodbye (Disposition -35, Fight set to 95, and he attacks you)
  • Can I pay you to move?:
"I won't be swayed by a bribe. A Dunmer must retain his principles. I want this idiot to leave me in peace."
