Orns Aren is a Wood Elf slave held as cattle by the vampires of the Baluath Clan. He is a former noble of House Hlaalu who still retains a semblance of hismind.
Prior to the 24.12 release of the mod, Orns Aren was the Hlaalu-affiliated ruler of Aren Manor, which stood where Barendreth would in later releases. This deprecated location is referenced in his current dialogue:
"I came here all the way from Narsis. My maps -- fake and poor-quality ones, as I realized -- had a beautiful manor marked at this exact place. My grave error soon turned into a nightmare."
