Detailed WalkthroughEdit

The Shrine of the Isle of Arches can be found in the center-west of the Isle of Arches, which can in turn be found north west of Sadas Plantation.

In order to complete the pilgrimage, you must have five Slaughterfish Scales in your inventory while activating the shrine. The seas around the island are home to many creatures, but there is no guarantee that slaughterfish will be among them so it's usually better to bring the scales with you.

The quest is complete as soon as you activate the shrine and agree to offer up the scales in Vivec's honor.

The normal message of the shrine is:

"Here on the Isle of Arches, Lord Vivec stood as he called up the waters to submerge Morrowind, in order to defeat the Akaviri invaders."

The message while giving an offering is:

"Know that when the people of Morrowind are threatened, there is nothing Almsivi would not do to protect their children."

The blessing given by the shrine is Water Breathing.
