The Shrine of Wisdom stands at the top of a winding pathway on Aegondo Point, northeast of Tel Ouada. One small problem is that it is guarded by Lelles Etrade, who will demand 100 gold for the privilege of visiting the shrine. Of course, you can choose not to pay...
In order to complete the pilgrimage, you must have a portion of Gravedust in your inventory while activating the shrine. There are no guaranteed portions nearby, although samples can be found in several places on the mainland: Daranith Ancestral Tomb, Falanos Ancestral Tomb, Maelasi Cavern, Thirvayn Ancestral Tomb and Varyon Ancestral Tomb being examples.
The quest is complete as soon as you activate the shrine and agree to offer up the Gravedust in Vivec's honor.
The normal message of the shrine is:
"Here it was that the Underking was defeated in battle by the Tribunal, and subsequently reawakened by Lady Almalexia to help defeat the Akaviri demon Ada'Soom Dir-Kamal at Red Mountain."
the message when giving an offering is:
"Through her foresight, Almalexia knew to be merciful to the Underking, who would prove useful in the future. In our own lives we should not act in haste against our enemies, but instead judge what use a humbled foe might have."
The blessing gives Fortify Intelligence 10pts.

- In the 22.11 version of Tamriel Rebuilt, this shrine is instead called the Shrine of Foresight.
