Raleth is a Dark Elf pauper found outside his home in the poorer district of Old Ebonheart. He is your assigned rendezvous during the events of The Exiled Duke's Affair, if his friend, Beru Vesuri, succeeds in her escape attempt from the Legion Dungeons at Ebon Tower.
He wears a pair of common pants with matching shoes and ring.
Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
The door to his house is locked (10) and has no key. Inside, there is a sack of 100 gold on top of the cupboard hanging above the dining table. On the wall shelf below the painting, there is an Amulet of Water Walking. There is a bottle of flin in the cupboard nearest to the bed.

- "Actually, yes, she left you a note and some small package. I've never seen her so worried before. I hope she'll be alright." (You receive Beru's Amulet and a Note from Beru Vesuri)
- "I don't know anything else myself. She said I don't want to know, and I didn't argue."
- "The Duke has guards patrolling Old Ebonheart, looking for someone. I don't know what happened, but it doesn't sound good, %PCName."
- "Things finally calmed down around here. Strangely though, no one got caught as far as I know. I wonder what happened."
- (If Beru Vesuri is dead):
- "The Duke has guards patrolling Old Ebonheart. The Dunmer girl everyone was talking about turned out to be my friend Beru. And worst of all, I found out because someone murdered her! She made mistakes, but she never deserved death. I hope the Duke finds that bastard and soon."
- "Things are quiet now. I guess the guards found the murderer then. Strangely though, no one got caught as far as I know. I hope that means he got some horrible punishment they couldn't give under law."
